Q: ARE YOU A DOCTOR OR ARE ANY OPF THE WEIGHT LOSS / LIFESTLE COACHES BOARD CERTIFIED DOCTORS? 

A: No we are not doctors; at Achieve Well Health we always recommend for everyone who is considering any lifestyle change that includes changing their diet and incorporating exercising or following any tips and guidance listed on the Achieve Well Health LLC website to consult their primary care doctor first. Although our professionals have over 18 years of experience working in the medical field we are not doctors and always want what is best for our clients. Seeking the advice of your doctor is always best practice when starting your journey in weight loss. 

Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES ACHIEVE WELL HEALTH TAKE?

A: We take all credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover cards.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY ON YOUR PRODUCT AND SERVICES?

A: We do not honor refunds on any of our services, however depending on the issue we may consider a store credit on our products which can be used on any product and service on our website. All request for credit may be requested by emailing support at support@achievewellhealth.com. Any credit request must be submitted in writing via email with in 7 days of receiving the product, this would be 7 days after the date shown on your tracking information when package was delivered. Example if the USPS, UPS or FedEx tracking information shows that your item was delivered on a Monday 10/1 you can make your request at any time until Monday 10/08.

Q: ARE ANY OF YOUR PROUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

A: NO! We love our fury friends; we do not test any of our products on animals. We are 100% cruelty free.  

Q: DO YOU FOLLOW COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES?

A: Yes, we wear facemasks, gloves, hair nets and follow all safety protocols in New York State.
